"Le Tranchet" steak knife is the ideal table knife for meat lovers.
Thanks to its asymmetrical blade, sharpened on one side only, like the famous Japanese Yanagipa, you achieve precise and effortless cutting. It preserves all the flavors of the food, since the flat side helps cut without crushing the food fibers and prevents juices from leaking (see Japanese culinary art).
The cutting edge is protected by a leather sheath for transport or storage. Once removed and slipped over the non-cutting part, this sheath becomes an elegant and comfortable handle.

Soak the suspenders in a sink or basin filled with cold water, one cup of white alcoholic vinegar and one cup of coarse salt.
Leave to drain for one or two hours.
Rinse off with cold water.
Return to soak, but this time only in water, nothing.
Apply Sommières earth to the stain. It is a natural and very absorbent clay.
